Introducing
Beech + Grove
We are a regenerative flower farm and open-air studio cultivating local blooms, fostering creativity, and gently navigating grief through sustainable practices that nurture soil health, honour pollinators, and centre care over extraction. Every stem is grown with intention, seasonality, and deep respect for the land it comes from.
Our Approach
Our farm sits on 50 acres in Pontiac, near the Gatineau Hills and rich farmland, just outside Aylmer. We use regenerative farming methods. We expanded our cut-flower gardens to 1 acre in 2024 and added a large peony and hydrangea field.
We try to support our native pollinators, bees and butterflies, while making space for birds, and leaving plant bodies for winter food nourishment. We’re learning and continually improving our practices. Healthy soil and a balanced ecosystem are central to the farm’s growth. We see this place as a way to stay connected to the land.
Field grown flowers
You can find our beautiful locally grown bouquets at Leystone Farms every Saturday (during the growing season). We also appear at pop-up markets in the region and usually participate in the Luskville Farm Hop.
You can also join our CSA and buy flower shares for the season which you can find in our Products section. We offer a spring and summer share, as well as culinary bouquets throughout the season.
